Proactive widget flashing online / offline etc..

I am having a problem with the Proactive Widget.

It flashes online then offline, then online, offline etc. every second it is either online, then goes offline, then online then offline, on a continual basis.

I do not know how to solve this issue.

Without actual site I don't see an answer from my crystal ball
