Please I need an interface where managing contact infos, any ideas ?

Hello,

I need to make a new function for the administrator interface of live helper chat where I can manage (add, delete, edit) my visitors contact information, for example, after speaking with the online visitor, I got some information about him and I need to record these datas in a database. I need some fields on this database : name, surname, tel, mail, society, skype, country... How can I do that please ? Do I need a new table on LHC database ? how can I add a new function on this software .... ?....? Give me any idea please !? (This extension can be added on LHC later)

Well,
At the moment there is already notices field in chat window where you can put your remarks. So this field would fit your needs perfectly
