I can't change the text on the chatbox

Hello !

I've followed this tuto https://livehelperchat.com/how-to-chang … -332a.html for editing the text "Chatbox" on the chatbox but it doesn't makes any change !? I've already deleted cache but it is not edited. Can you help me please ? sad
