How to change?

Hello Everyone,

I am wondering if anyone would be able to help me at all.

I have installed Live Helper Chat on my server and i think its perfect but i want to change Name to "Username"

As you can see the picture above it says name but i would like to change this to username?

Or you can just hide this field in start chat form settings and add custom field with JS

But i still can't seem to find how to change name to username?

Also the little icons in the chat how do i change this also?
