Maintenance module under system configuration

Hello Rem
Under maintenance tab there are three sections
Automatic chats close, click to close old chats
Automatic chats purge, click to purge old chats
Update chats duration by using new algorithm

when I click then it says chats closed 0, even if I have active chats or closed chats results is always 0 even on your demo site it is same result, can you please tell how it works.

There is timeout in chat configuration regarding untill what period chat's should be closed.
