Invitation for Chat

Hello,
i am facing a problem when i send a message to online users in list of online visitors.
user don't get any message from my side.

i want to send invitation to those users who open my website so i can send them invitation.

Hi,

1. Make sure you have recent version. If you have downloaded in past 24h make sure you have updated it. https://livehelperchat.com/time-zone-bug-378a.html
2. Also while generating embed code check check messages from operators. Then all should work.
