Do we have function to open widget on new window?
I want to open it in new window with function if we have or something else:
I dont want this :
I am using this function and I want to open it on new wiindow but I am not getting it
onclick="return lh_inst.lh_openchatWindow()"

You can set it will be opened in a new window when you generate the embed code.
On a mouse click show the page widget you have to uncheck

Can we start chat without pressing start button or giving email or name:
I mean when I click on a function this

Sure,
you want make chat as for livehelperchat.com
Please try to go in settings, start chat form settings and then unckek name field for widget and pop up.
