Widget Displayed But Not Working!

Hi There,

I installed Live Helper Chat as our main live chat software company went bust. Once installed I put the embed code on and all seems to work fine! I can change themes and everything and it changes the widget. HOWEVER, when I try to make a chat it doesn't do anything. It just loads after putting in the first message. It does not come through to the admin panel which is A) very annoying B) Very confusing. It also recognizes when we are online/offline!

Hi,

It's your server issue. Please use chrome debug window to see why it's not loaded.
These two articles will help to debug an issue. Most likely it's related to your server configuration or something similar.

Also you can go to your back office and check geo configuration options. What option you are using. If max mind, make sure that you have all required installed php modules.
