Just a few questions
Been to a lot of websites that have this, just want to know something.
Is it free?
Can it have multiple people (or Operators) to answer questions
Can it have automated response?

3. Yes, just delayed replys if none of operators accepts a chat. Also if chat is not accepted for some time, customer can be redirected to leave a feedback form automatically.

Awesome. also for the last one think there could be options for automated reply's for questions that could be asked all the time.
