Notifications to Skype

Hi,

Great product, we're very impressed so far We're using the "Host It" version and just wondering if we can still use the "notifications in Skype" feature? ( https://livehelperchat.com/skype-sevabo … -360a.html ), or do we need to setup our own sevabot still?

I'm not really sure how that works. We have around 10 staff who are always on Skype so if they can be notified (even if they are not logged in to livehelperchat.com) that would be great.

Hi,

For that you will need your own sevabot and in general hosted version does not support notifications through skype. Like it requires custom extensions installation etc. So this option is available only for self hosted version.

Thanks for the quick reply remdex We can live without the notifications to Skype feature as we'd definitely prefer you to do the hosting for us. Cheers again for the great product, I'll definitely recommend it to others.
