connections 5222 port not allowed ?

First of all, thank you alot for this very "great" application. It's fantastic !

I installed smoothly this app on shared server (mochahost.com) and didn't succeeded to get xppm notifications on my google apps account. But, I discovered that my hosting provider doesn't allow remote connections to 5222 ports unless upgrading to vps server ...

Any idea ??

Then move to VPS or host that will open port

Everything works now. I have this in the billing section : "250K 63.00 €" as Request quantity, (includes 1 month extend) ?
other question (as a new user) : what's the difference between live help window and the chatbox ?

Well in the billing there is no such thing as
250K 6EUR there is in payment option just 1.5M 6€

Chatbox is global and all visitors can chat at the same time and see each others messages just see demo

Hi again,

Xmpp notifications works great on port 80 (5222 blocked by provider),

In my case : i configured first gmail account in xmpp settings ( your documentation) ) to notify second google apps account.

Notifications for new chat are coming straight to my google apps chat account (android and desktop). Really magic application !

Others questions :
- is it possible to change and adjust sound notifications (may change to another notification alert, and may adjust to lower level) ??
- it would be nice to see (in online visitors table) all visited site pages / visitor so that can decide or / not to send specific messages or offers ?

Well,

1. You can try to override sound files with extension etc. https://livehelperchat.com/article/view/59 same applies to files images etc.
2. if you click on visitor icon to you will be shown popup with visitor previously visited pages.

Chat configuration -> Online tracking -> Track users footprint. For this also online visitors tracking should be enabled
