So confused between Live Help vs Chatbox ???

Hi Guys,

I'm so confused between the Live Help and Chatbox options... specially their widgets

What's the basic difference? or What's the purpose for each?

Also, I personally like to use the Live Support widget since it seems to offer more options.. but it doesn't seem to keep a session alive when user goes to a different page on the site.. Like when the user clicks on a link, user will need to create a new session.. annoying..

How can i keep the Live Support chat PERSIST even if refreshing the page, or even across all pages of my site?? Or is this what Chatbox is for?
