chat transcripts

As admin I get emails notifying me of chat requests.  That's about it.

Visitors don't receive any emails.

How does a visitor get their chat transcript?  Should it be automatic?

How do I send a visitor the chat transcript?

I don't see any buttons for it

OK, figured out how a visitor can send themself a transcript.  I don't see where I can send it to them.  Does that feature exist?
