Question about status chat and waiting time

Hi,
if an operator with the right

1. acept chat and waiting time of the visitor is printed in the operator window like 45 s
2. operator change the status of the chat in pending
3. operator take chat again so chat status are chaged again into active

the chat waiting time change and is trasformed now in 3 minutes.

Can be better this not change.. because can be wrong information? Is not the waiting time of the customer but is all time between chat has starded and chat has acepted again all time including chat acepted and active..

It's only a question not big issue for me.

Also implemented, once set wait time, it won't change anymore.
