Hi. How to make that the pro active invitation had only one manager?

Sorry, but it's not possible at the moment. Perhaps in the future i will add some operator field to which pro active based chat should be assigned.

In the settings the pro active invitation there is a field "Enter operators IDs from whom random operator should be shown, separated by comma". If I put the id only one operator will work?

For invitation operator only this operator image/profile will be shown.
Although any operator from back office can accept a chat itself.
