IT (no operator avaiable) translation string

Hi,
in it_IT translation file there are two sentences n. 439 and 454 with one is when no operator are avaiable or operator are busy and not reply the chat? So i can translate better because for now are the same.. and is not correct say no online operator at the moment if operator are only busy and can't reply to the chat.

I suppose if there is two no operator sentences one is for when live chat or deparments are offline and the other one for redirection to contact form so if i can underastand i can translate better.
thanks.

Use just github search to find where exactly this phrase is used.
