Autoupdate chat

Hi,
i know there http://livehelperchat.com/how-to-automa … -338a.html are the article who explain how to set auto update but i don't understand so i try to make here some questions.

1. Do you have set autoupdate on live helper demo? http://demo.livehelperchat.com/

2. I have see today your demo was not affected by the problem who i have found updating mannually, why? (Inside widget is loaded my website page and not start chat or offline form)

3. If i want stop to update manually the live chat i have to set cron job on my server admin panel?

if yes i don't understadn if for file and database update i need two cron job or what.

To update files I just recommend use git if you have checked out lhc itself. It will update all changes files from master branch. So you can every night execute git pull command first and then just above command.
git pull origin master

where git pull origin master should be inserted?
I don't think in cronjob server panel because don't have the address of my livehelper installation.. i don't understan how to setup automatically update..

Sorry, but here not much i can help you there.

git pull origin master

have to be executed in lhc_web folder or parent folder.

But i do not think that standard hosting will allow you to do that.

I have VPS so I think not problem but I don't know how to do what you told and what to do..

It seems to be difficult

yikes wink ok thanks Rem :-) also for the kind smile. I have tried to ask but I will find for this a solution myself. Maybe I will continue to update manually.
