How to force just one operator can chat at one time

Hi remdex,

I am using version 2.03. I catch a problem: At one time, when I am typing to chat with a visitor, another do same thing, so the visitor can receive together all messages from 02 operators. So i want to force at one time, when i accept visitor request then no one can chat with this visitor at current time. Please tell me how to do that.
