Live widget status disapered on a website

Hi,
after the update a widget in one website are not anymore visible.

I can't understand what is wrong but maybe something changed and stop to work on that website where only few department are avaiable.
How can i do? Give you this website address?

If you have updated anything from remdex_dev branch, have in mind it's development repostitory. And your app won't see required database changes.

the link is www.lapiazzadelcastello.it something is wrong. I have also tried to take a new generated embed code with only two departments and past in html editor but code don't work

It's seem to be the same problem in your demo but only if when generate enabled code you put it language and select only one of more department. So embed code don't work i think is bug.

I found an issue. Issue is just with ITA language and it's translation file. Will update in a minit or so.

Yes, how to reproduce the issue:

1. you have to have more than one department.
2. go on settings as admin
3 embed code, live help embed code, widget embed code

4. now select only some department not all and put as language it

So the embed code generated not work

it work only for all and for language different from italian

Ok thanks let me know when is fixxed so i update my it file.

As i have personalized my IT file all time i must compare with new version and work mannually to.. change the sentence i want in IT and in ENG.. like Open in a new window in my it is translated "Apri in una nuova finestra | Open in a new window" Start chat is translated "Inizia Chat Start Chat" so every time it file is updated i have to edit myself with little big work because i can't put english translation in it but for my website i want it in case the visitor is english.

I have to do that work all time or there are other way?

Just redownload translation file

But for have personal translation and not edit the public translation and be update with new update? How to do that?

Sorry but not possible at the moment. I suggest fill github feature request for translation files support in extensions. So then you could have your local translation in your personal extension.

OKS,
fund how to reproduce now.

So you must have
1° Department (normal, not hidden and not disabled)
2° Hidden department
3° Hidden and disabled department

Now if you want take embed code to this three department (not select all but this three department) code will not work.
In my LHC i have 4 department,

1. italiano (standard)
2. English (standard)
3. Special (Hidden and disabled)
4. Special 2 (Hidden)

So in one website i want take embed code with department 3 and 2 but code not work

Ok so let's try in your demo.

This is department i set
1. is Default department (not hide and not disabled)
2. disabled and hidden (disabled and hidden)
3. hidden (hidden)

So let's generate embed code for have in a website department 2 and 3 avaiable and take also 1 department so i select not "any" in embed code but select mannully this three departments and this is the generated not working code:

No.. it should see Default department who is not hidden and disabeld and should show other departments only if someone activate it

Sorry but not. Disabled departments have not be presented in embed code. We had same behavior with single department.
Disabled department purpose is if it's not used anymore it should not be presented in embed codes.

This part won't be changed.
