Hi,
i install the script. it looks that everything works, but i dont get any messages from the Chatbox. neither in the online admin panel still on the desktop
And 2. all the massages that i write in the chatbox will not deleted, even i use a other computer with a other IP

And the a ohter question. How i can include in the chat Name and email field?

Hi,

I ques you mixed Shoutbox module with Live Help module.Live Help Code generation is in Configuration -> and in right column you will have to choose very first item.
