What file displays the visitor information in the chat on the web client?

I wanted to incorporate our CMS with the chat and was looking at changing the email link to a link to the CMS search.  I have looked around and I can't seem to find it.

Thanks,

Kevin

Re: What file displays the visitor information in the chat on the web client?

Hi Remigijus,

When you are in an active chat.  You are chatting with the visitor.   The chat operator is chatting in a  new window.  There is a Visitor and a Map tab.  I am looking at the Visitor tab.  The email address is there and it is a link to open your email program to send an email.  I want to change that from a mailto link to a link to the customer management system's search.  To search from that email address so that the customers account can be pulled up at the time of the chat.

I am trying to find where you create the email link for that Visitor information.

I love the debug feature, but I don't know how to map it to what is displaying.

Re: What file displays the visitor information in the chat on the web client?

1. Turn on firebix or something similar.
2. Then you click link send mail, there is an url from which is loaded send mail content. iframed. if you see firebug there is url like.
http://demo.livehelperchat.com/index.php/site_admin/chat/sendmail/2

so logically it splits into.
modules/lhchat/sendmail.php
and in this file you will find which template is used. it should be like defaulttheme/lhchat/sendmail.tpl.php

Hope it helps. Don't forget while making change that you are overrind all templates in custom extension instead of overiding system templates.
