New Policy ERROR

When I go to add a new policy to a user account role, all I get is a white screen with a drop dowm menu that reads, - all modules.
I can't select anything.
This has happened just recently as I have used this function a few times.
Please help as I need to add a new policy to my users.

BTW - LHC is just awsome.

Also, how do I get the Chat widget to show that all support is OFFLINE???\\

Fixed first issue. https://github.com/remdex/livehelperchat/commit/8f8cc9204be4586f34396cf3486bad00107eeb3f just replace this one file

Thank you so much Remigijus,  this fixed the problem and now I can update my Roles for my users.
