In questionary widget, I just want to change the word "Questionary".
In which file that word is generating. Kindly guide me.

There is basic concept how to easily find templates.Widget is loaded from this url
http://demo.livehelperchat.com/questionary/votingwidget?URLReferer=http%3A//livehelperchat.com/

So if you navigate to defaulttheme/lhquestionary/votingwidget.tpl.php you should find it.
or url always represents modules. modules/lhquestionary/votingwidget.php and you will find there template call.
