analytics event tracking live chat page embed

hi remdex, is it correct, that to track event tracking in analytics from in-page livechat box, all i need to do is add the code:
LHCChatOptions.callback = {start_chat_cb:function(type){     _gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'LiveHelperChat', 'StartChat', type]);}};
and change the event label, after the code:
LHCChatOptions.opt =....

Hi,

I do not think, that "in page" embed code has any events, only widget embed code has these events.

Hi remdex is there any likelihood of events being coded into either the in page live chat box, or the offline forms, in the future? Would there be a donation value that could make this happen?

Well,

Doable is everything, it just depends what events and where you want them example of description. E.g

1. Precondition. Chat is offline, widget embed code used. User submits offline form. Even is called after user submits form.

Etc. I would need like that description to know how long it would take and only then I could tell approximate price.
