Can't install - doesn't show any error

Please help. I can't install LHC on my server.
All folders permission are "Yes" on the first step. But after click "Finish Installation" on "Step 3", it comes back to the first step without any error.
It works well on my localhost. I even try to move my working LHC from my local to server. But it keep coming to the installation page and I can't access admin page.
My server is runing LAMP on Ubuntu with Goolge pagespeed mod enabled. Any suggestion?

I have APC installed as well.

Look like it has problems with APC installed. After filter out LHC directory in APC it installed fine.
