It's so hard to find certain settings with this software. Please help me find where to set the time before customer is directed to the contact form if there is no response from an operator. I remember setting it once, but can't find it now.

Hi jamminjames, the settings is showed by editing the department.
Delay in seconds before leave a message form is shown. 0 Means functionality is disabled,

Great, thanks. Looked everywhere but there. Would expect it would be in auto responder.
Searching various phrases like "leave a message" does not turn up anything in the documentation, even though that phrase is used ("Delay in seconds before leave a message form is shown") in the edit department page. The documentation needs a better search engine.
