Feature request: Why not show Close button on start chat form?

Feature request: Why not show the Close (X) button on start chat form as well as the chat form itself? I have the settings set for the close button on the upper right, and it shows, but only after the chat has started. Although the _ line on the upper left will close it, some people are confused about how to close. "X" is more obvious.
