How to get to triggers configuration?
I can't find where you create and edit triggers in the menu anywhere. Seems like it should be under "Live help configuration/Bot" since they are used by bots.

That doesn't say how to get to those Trigger settings, only what to do once you get there. The LHC menu does not list "Triggers" anywhere that I can find!

Ok so for this you may need an answer from developers.
I dont use bot and it's seems to much complex for me.
Hope the developer will have time to reply, may take some days.
