On our website, a visitor is able to chat with a few of our employees. However, we get no notifications when someone enters the chat.
I would have to refresh the page to see if someone messages us.
How can the person signed into their live chat account get a notification on their screen or via email to know a visitor is in the chat?

danielacruz0905 you started a topic to ask help about Live Helper Chat.
If you are using Live Helper Chat and you are using the self-hosted version for sure you are running some PHP version.
You must know with version.
Also installing PHP is something that you must know how to do if you manage an hosting or an installation.
You can use the hosted version if you are not able to run the self-hosted version.
