image after offline chat submission

Hey, I want to add an image after offline chat submission.
I have tried to find the specific html for that section and I don't find it (in site admin & in the site files).. I don't find it.
please tell me how to add it and thanks.

Reply from a developer can take time and is not always granted.

I'm not sure if actually is possible put a custom image after the offline message submission, you can try to wait a reply here from the developer.
On my forum signature you can find also other help resources like also the commercial support in the case this will be not covered by the free limited support.

In widget theme back office you will find
Chat Widget -> Thank you for your feedback text

But I'm not sure it supports HTML directly, would need small custom development...

I'll make next week so it will support [HTML] bbcode so you can put any HTML you want.

Please, is there any temporary solution to just add an image after this class ?
