Agora services (voice, video and screensharing) not working

Hi.

I created an account with agora and added appID and appCertificate to LHC. When I try to consume the services in the LHC it fails and nothing shows up.
The voice messages also failed. I followed the instructions to enable voice calls and add mp3 in the allowed extensions but with no success.
Please help.

Is it possible to add two ticks for read text and single tick for unread text like WhatsApp? If yes, how to do that? If no, where can I start to edit and I will share the code with the community.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I meant two tick during chatting on widget, also the Agora services are not responding. Thanks

As long it works here I have nothing to do. There is always commercial support for customer support and if you prove it's a bug it would be free
