weak connection and no operator online

Hello Im not sure what is misconfigured, but I have livehelperchat install on my ubuntu server 20.04, hooked up to mysql with https ssl and such, all files configured properly I hope, but my instance says I have a weak connection and I cannot figure out how to get my operators online like at all, i can change status and such but it still doesnt show my opererators as online. any guidance or help would be amazing!! using php 7.4 mysql 15.5

Hi, welcome in the live helper chat forum!

- What version of live helper chat are you using?
- What PHP version are you using?

If you get weak connection the connection is weak or your install is corrupted.
I don't think can be a misconfiguration to cause this.

hello, thank you for your response, i had to reinstall mysql php and apache2 and now livehelperchat works. thank you

something was misconfigured so i started over.
