When using 'Invite to chat' button, visitor sees, but operator doesn't
When a operator uses the 'Invite to chat' button, the visitor sees it, but when they reply, the operator doesn't see their reply.
In the embed code, I did not check "Disable proactive invitations".
Thanks for any help.

Okay, now I see. It starts a new chat. Is that how it's supposed to work, or is there a setting somewhere for that? Thanks!

Yes it should start a chat if it's chat invitation. Regular invitation does not starts a chat
