Is it possible to restore archived chats?

Hi,

My LHC was configured to automatically archive chats which were 31 days ago. But now I find that these archived chats cannot be searched and listed in related chats. It's very difficult to see previous chats for a user when I want to check chat history. So I cancelled the auto archive now. But for these already archived chats, is it possible to unarchive them and make them back to the normal?

Hi,

I'm afraid it's not possible. Usually archived chats should be older than 3months or so. Or if you use elastic search, they would be presented always in related chats.
