proactive chat invitation to appear in 10 minutes after closing

Hi,

Is there a way for the proactive chat invitations to appear in, let's say 3 minutes after someone closes the last hint (by clicking the X button)

Or, to appear every 10 minutes (no matter how often someone closes the pop-up)

At the moment I don't think this will be possibile.

ooo... It's a pity... It would be a good feature - because once the "x" is clicked - we loose all proactive chat invitations...
