new container tpl not there

Hi,
regarding "Yesterday evening i commited one update which corrected container.tpl.php file so just update it and clear a cache and issue should be gone"

i checked GitHub master and did not see a update note on the container_tpl.php file that it has been updated so i did not download it.    Is that the same file your speaking of ?
