How to change survey prompt?

Hello,

The top line in a survey is "Please complete this short evaluation survey". Could anyone tell me where I can change this text? I searched for quite a lot of time but still have no idea.

Another question is how to set the default option for a survey question with options? And default value for a start item?

The last question I did not understood. Because all the usrvey questions are configured in survey edit interface.

For the second question, I mean when survey shows, questions are initially answered with default values.

Default value is not supported
