Contact Form - visitor email address is no longer sent
Hello,
when i am offline LiveHelperChat shows a contact form on my website, in which the visitor can fill in his name, his email address and a message. This has worked so far. Since about new year or so, i still get email messages from my visitors when they fill out the contact form, however the emails i get now are missing the visitor email address. Instead of the visitor email address my own email address is shown as the sender.
So i cannot contact the visitors who filled in the contact form anymore.
Hope somebody can help me with this matter.

Try to click reply button, as sender is set always system e-mail. But reply to should change to customer one

That did not work. Tried it on 3 different visitor enquiries. If i hit reply in my email program (The bat) i send the emails to myself, to my email address.
This is an example email i get. The field after Email is always empty.
Even when i look at the email als rfc-822 i could not find the visitors email address.

Well seems you do not have e-mail field in your request. So you should check https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/cha … -settings/

I acitivated the e-mail fields in "Offline form settings" and it worked!
