Cookies

Hi,

I can't find any information what each of the 4 cookies does when the Live Help box sets them. Can anyone help?

The 4 cookies are:
lhc_per
lhc_ref
LHC_SOUND
LHC_WS

I need to know for GDPR compliance.

lhc_per - stores information about present chat and visitor identification information like hash associated with him.
lhc_ref - it's not a cookie it's a session storage variable which stores from where does visitor come first time.
LHC_SOUND - is sound enabled or not. it's not a cookie it's a session storage
LHC_WS - is widget open or closed. it's not a cookie it's a session storage
