Invalid response -undefined

Hi ,

We have been running LiveHelperChat since March 2020 without any problems.

But some users are reporting that they are getting an "invalid response - undefined " message in the chat window
after being logged in for a while.The user then needs to log out and back in to clear the message.

Would you be able to advise us what this is?

This happens if something wrong with the server itself. Please check your server error log. As normally if server acting correctly is not happening. Check cache/default.log also for an error.
