Some questions about surveys at new version

Hello guys. I'd stay away from LHC for a time (last time i see, it was on 3.06 six version), so, many things has change. Now, i want to wask a few things abou surveys:
1 -  In a question with an answer, it's possible to put images like "thumbs up" or "thumbs down". Eg. Your problem was solved ? "Thumbs up" "Thumbs down"

2 - In the doc page, on the example image (https://doc.livehelperchat.com/img/chat … window.jpg), the options for answer a question starts with [fs18][value=1] 1[/fs18] and go on ... What is this [fs18] ? the image also has a kind of image before the "1", how i can put this in my survey.

You can use BB code to style option and use of of the available unicode icons so have thumbs.

Ps: I'm trying to find this unicode icons, but nof find any at now. They're in the application ?
And again, sorry for this basic and maybe, noob questions.
