Use themes and there is placeholder in to change this text.

I just checked there is no placeholder to change this text at the moment. So you will have either write extension to override this or just modify text.

Or you can make quick and dirty by editing this file and clicking clear cache button.

I have updated LHC themes will have placholder for that field also now.
