Is it possible to save status code returned by rest api into a variable to use further?

See this article and pay attention to uuid part where I set it as chat variable. It should be something similar for you.

Thank you remdex, but maybe I wasn´t clear about what I was looking for.

I wanted a variable that stores the status code returned by my rest api call. I found it into your source code: {http_code}.
