Value of Custom field on StartChat Form

Hi,

I created a custom field on StartChat Form:

Now I´m trying to use this collected data on a Rest API call, that I configured like this:

But it´s not working.

Did I forget something?

You again did incorrectly. Read again documentation because it covers your scenario... and i already respinded to similar issue which was written by you i ques...

https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/bot/rest-api/ {{lhc.add.<identifier>}} and identifier should be a field “Field identifie” value just put pwd there. So in rest api {{lhc.add.pwd}} and field identifier in custom fieds should be just pwd

I read the docs, but I couldn´t understand that "additional variable key" refers to "custom fields". Thanks very much again! wink
