Is it possible to transfer chat from bot to agent?

Hello.

I am creating a new bot and I want to to transfer some chats from my bot to a agent. How can I do that?  Thanks in advance.

There is a response type "Update current chat" there you can choose transfer chat to an operator.

Excuseme another question, Is there a way to transfer chats from operator to bot?

At the moment not. As I’m not sure what kind of workflow would be and what operator should do for this to happen?

Could be for example  If I have a main boot with some menu options and the operator wants to show the optios to the user again

Perhaps one day will add something similar but not planned at the moment

Thank you, please }i have a nother question, I am using whastpapp twillio but all the message are assigning to admin user, I don't know who to response with a operator role, please could help me?

Sorry your question does not make sense, because messages are added to existing chat if this chat was accepted so antusllt same user is assigned...

Excuse me English, I am trying to say all the twillio Whtasapp Message are assigned to Admin user directly, the operators don't have oportunity to take these message. I am needign the operator could be take this message type.

Sorry, but this one can’t help as this is not happening pn my instances so it means you just configured something... try to delete old chat and try send again. That’s all i can help
