Install error (3)

Hi
I'm trying to install LiveHelp. I get an error at step 3. First time I just got a blank screen and when I try again I get:Make sure that "cache/*" is writable and then try again

I do have:drwxrwsrwx  6 www-data www-data 4096 Feb 16 18:01 cache
If I try to access /index.php/site_admin/user/login, I kan login, but I just get a blank screen.

Drop previous tables if they exists already. You are trying to install then lh_chat table already exists.
Are you doing upgrade or what?

No, but I got a white screen at first attempt to install. I will try to drop the tables and try again.

Now I get hvis error at step 3:Fatal error: Class 'ezcPersistentNativeGenerator' not found in /var/www/lhc_web/ezcomponents/PersistentObject/src/handlers/save_handler.php on line 397

Hi,

Sorry but here all works. Just tested install, there is something wrong with your server. This error you pasted accours if autoload cannot find a class. No idea how that can happen on your enviroment.

I guess it's a problem with permissions. I'm running a quite strict environment for my other sites on this server.
