Can the widget change the language depending on the visitor's ip or the language of his browser?
people from different countries come to my site and I want them to see the widget in their own language

Hi,
If you create a theme and make it default there is checkbox, like”try to detect language by browser header” this should do a job

the translation of the widget does not change, although I went from different ip and different browsers from different languages, the widget is always in English

Means just two things
1. Either you did not setup widget theme corectly
2. Either your browser always sends same same language headers
3. Also take a look at system configuration -> speech -> languages. Make sure siteaccess is entered there
4. Or most simple reason widget is not translatwd into your language.
You can write me on discord chat tomorrow with your website as without website to hard to tell
