Enable chat on my website

I installed live chat on my local server, but when I try to enable it on my web page it doesn't work, the chat doesn't appear.

using the local network works without a problem the chat but online chat on appears

Habiliatar chat no meu site

Instalei  live chat em meu serividor local , porem quando tento habilitar na minha pagina na web não funciona o chat não aparece.

usando a rede  local funciona sem problema o chat porem online  chat na aparece
