Different Proactive chat on different subdomain
Hi to all,
I've a domain and different subdomains:
https:// site.it
https:// customer.site.it
https:// partner.site.it
I need to show different proactives chat based on different sites.
I referred to tour doc /docs/proactive/ and on the field "Referrer domain without www" i put site.it for the main site, but this show the proactive chat also on the subdomain, how i can have a workaround?

If you have different department per website you can generate proactive invitation per department. If not proactive invitation has identifier field where you can enter like keyword.
"Identifier, for what identifier this message should be shown, leave empty for all"
and in embed code generation there is also identifier field.

Ok I try to better configure the department because it wasn't working.
So on page
site_admin/system/htmlcodebeta
where i've to put the same Identifier of proactive chat?

Are you sure of identifier field?
there is no identifier field in embed code generation.
