HTML on proactive chat

Hi to all,

On my self hosted installation of LHC i'm not able to insert html into proactive chat into "Message to user" as the live site livehelperchat.com.
On text editor of proactive chat is not loaded the html editor at the top of the text content box.

Instead,  on the chat with the user, the operator see correctly the html editor on the top of reply-to section.

---system details---
LCH version:  3.34
Hosting: plesk Obsidian with apache
PHP 7.4.6
no error on chrome console
no error on apache log
on installation all requisites was green

Hi,

If you looked at demo you would have notived that i use bbcode there You can just format message in some chat with preview and alter paste it in proactive chat invitation

I kept referring to the demo on softaculous, where there is no proactive chat configured.
